McKinney Chapel offers an ecumenical service on the 4th Sunday of the month at 10:00 a.m. Local visiting ministers from various denominations provide our services. Afterward, we enjoy fellowship and refreshments under the outdoor pavilion from May to October and at the Clubhouse during the cooler months. Services are also held at major holidays. Please click on “Service Schedule” tab for more information.
The chapel is located within The Cliffs Keowee Vineyards Community nestled between the trees on Cleo Chapman Road. The chapel is affiliated with Grace United Methodist Church (Pickens, SC).
Please come, hear and enjoy our inspirational choir directed by Kirby Colson. This wonderful choir is made up of local residents, dedicated to bringing something very special to our services.

Charitable giving at McKinney Chapel. Members of the community are asked to submit to the McKinney Chapel Committee, names of local charities needing monetary support. Names of charities are submitted and members are asked to briefly state the type of charity work and if they are a 501(c)(3). The Committee meets, reviews the recommended charities and, if approved, makes a donation. Our goal is to give 90% of our money to local charities and 10% to others. In the past, we have supported United Christian Ministries, Helping Hands, Mary's House (a domestic abuse shelter), Meals on Wheels, Cliffs Residents Outreach (CRO) and local food banks.
